This racket belonged to and was used by 3-time Grand Slam champion Stan Wawrinka. It is a custom, pro stock Yonex Racket, in the Yonex VCORE cosmetic. Inside the racket throat, it has his name "Stan" printed, alongside Kangaroo, Eiffel Tower, and Statue of Liberty emblems. These, of course, signify Wawrinka's 3 monumental Grand Slam title victories, at the 2014 Australian Open, 2015 French Open, and 2016 US Open. The stringing sticker reads "THU 27/25," indicating a tension of 27 kg in the mains and 25 kg in the cross strings. Wawrinka has signed the racket on the grip with a "2020" inscription.
Wawrinka used this racket during 2020 Australian Open matches. He reached the quarterfinal, where he was ultimately defeated by Alexander Zverev. Wawrinka previously defeated Daniil Medvedev in the 4th round.
