Most notably, the right shoe has been conclusively photomatched to the 2014 Australian Open Final by Resolution Photomatching, providing visual verification of its use in one of the sport’s biggest matches. The shirt comes with a certificate of authenticity from MEARS. The custom shoes feature "sample" tagging, and a inner label reading "Air Max Courtballlstc 4.3 RN", and "CUSTOM PROMO". The shirt had a "custom athlete" label, which Nadal cut off for the tournament likely due to discomfort– this can be seen in photos of him during the tournament.
